Perdido Key Inshore Fishing

A great way to end an amazing year! 2012 was as good as it gets, I feel fortunate to be able to make a living as a Guide and was super happy to have it end with such a great fun loving group of anglers!

We caught a ton of Redfish on the surface and a nice cooler full of White trout for dinner! Thank you to the Ebbrecht group for closing out your year with me and THANK YOU to the PFF for allowing me a place to share my days on the water with people who are as passionate about the water as I am!

Navarre Beach Fishing

Another great day on the water! Although it was really really cold today the bite was really good. Along with all the Redfish we caught we managed an additional dozen Red Snapper all in the 4-6lb range!

Not a bad day on the water

HOLY COW!!! What an amazing day, today I was joined by the Weir men and we were in search of Redfish! We caught Slots and BUlls in the Pass and then went on to catch Slots and Bulls near the bridge. I feel safe saying we caught 30 + Redfish today on our 6 hour trip, from double and triple hook ups it was easy to loose count. Today was an amazing day! .................. Pensacola Winter Charter Fishing

After a few days at the Hunting Lease it was back to work today! The bite today was amazing. We planned a 4 hour trip and were able to get a 3 man limit of slot reds and a pile of Bull reds in that amount of time!!

The bulls were all caught just west of Deer point and did not pop till around noon. The Slots seemed to be on every dock we stopped on. Live shrimp was the key to them!!

This is a great time of the year for fishing. If anyone has been thinking about hiring a Guide this is the best time of the year to do so. Prices are a little lower and the fishing is off the hook!

Fishing Pensacola NAS

The weather today was perfect and the fish seemed to think so as well! We managed to catch a dozen or so Redfish today. We caught them on docks and flats. We caught them drifting the Pass and we found a few large schools and were able to sight fish a few~!

Perdido Inshore Charter

Sorry I ran out of time and didn't get this post up yesterday. After my morning trip my Family met me at Shoreline Park and we headed towards the bay for a quick little 3 hour Bull Red trip. We managed to catch a half dozen or so fairly quickly before heading back home to prepare for Thanksgiving!

Pensacola Inshore Charters

Another wonderful day on the water! I was joined by the Hall Family today, we started the morning out chasing schooling Bull reds and had no problem finding them.

The fish were a little slow first off but seemed to get better as the water warmed up. We were throwing very light tackle with 10lb braid and using 3/8oz jig heads and any kinda soft plastic you wanted! We did attempt to locate and few Flounder but struck out and found only tons of small Red Snapper!

Pensacola/Navarre Fall Fishing

This has got to be my favorite time of the year to fish! The Bull Reds are going off right now! The entire Bay yesterday was covered in gigantic wads of schooling Reds!

We used the old run and gun technique to score on countless reds yesterday afternoon on a quick 4 hour trip. We were using very light tackle and throwing small bucktail jigs. Look for the birds and your on!
