South Again Charters goes back to the Keys
Another wonderful trip down South!!! Every year I take Dawna and the boat down to Marathon for a week full of Snorkeling and Fishing. This was a little different because the weather was horrible when we arrived. We managed to find a few nearby spots that we could snorkel and had a lot of fun catching and releasing undersize Lobster. For the first few days.
Once the weather cleared we had a BLAST!! We first located a few schools of underslot and lower slot redfish that were a ton of fun to catch along with the ever present Jack Crevalle and Mangrove Snapper. Once we made it out on the reef we were greeted by numerous species of grouper and some great Yellowtail Snapper fishing. Dawna also managed to catch a beautiful 5.5lb Mutton Snapper and a large Nurse Shark.
Great trip spent with my Girl.. Catching and Smiling the whole time. I am attaching a link to a great video of Dawnas Nurse Shark. The link will lead to a whole ton of videos we took while down there........ Quite a few Drunk ones from Duval St. as well...LOL
